3 Bedroom Villa in Torre-Pacheco, Mar Menor
This villa was a private home for 8 years and is in very good condition condition. The patio area has been enclosed with fully retractable sliding glass doors doubling the ground floor area. The floor here has also been porcelain tiled. On a corner plot so enjoys all day sunshine in the summer.The patio looks out over the garden which is a special feature of the property,large irrigated and full of colour. We have now built in the garden an 7.5m by 4m fully heated pool ( additional charge if guests want the pool heated) with underwater lighting.At the same time we have built a new patio outside the sliding glass doors and renewing the other 2 patio areas with matching tiles.The remainder of the garden has been fitted fitted with good quality artificial grass. We have 2 flat screen T.V.s with the full Sky Sports package, video club in 1 room and in the other lots of channells.Also recently upgraded fast wi-fi internet. 2 outdoor pools are 5 minutes walk away + an all year round indoor pool. Mar Menor resort established, friendly with lots to do, golf, tennis, paddle tennis, gym and Spa. Frequent evening functions and live music. The golf in the region is legendary, so many great courses only 30 minutes drive away. Los Alacazares has lovely beaches,excellent restaurants and a great nightlife and the historic old town of Cartagena with it's lovely old port area, Roman Walls and more great restaurants only 30 minutes away.
La Manga golf resort is only 40 minutes away and for golfers there is always a deal to be had here.As for the Mar Menor resort,many people live here,it is always busy,has a great atmosphere,so unlike many of the other resorts close to here,completely different.We feel we cannot really do any more to this villa,it is everything we always wanted and other guests have also commented on how much they have enjoyed staying here.
Our changeover day is a Saturday,we ask departing guests to leave around 10.00 a m and our arriving guests not to arrive before 4.00 p m.
