Gas fire place and 2 outdoor hot tubs fully functional all year round. 2800 square foot house upstairs has a kitchen with an island and an open floor plan looking out onto a rooftop deck with hot tub, outdoor tables and chairs an umbrella a small sofa and some chairs, there is one bathroom located upstairs with a walk-in shower, and there is also a stackable washer dryer. Downstairs has three bedrooms one of them has a master bathroom and there is also another bathroom located downstairs there is also a washer dryer and two living areas one has a small movie screen and a gas fireplace. Pets are allowed for a fee. Both kitchens are fully equipped all towels, linens, pillows and blankets are here too. The second hot tub is downstairs outside along side the 5 burner Weber propane grill. Propane is supplied as well as logs for outdoor fire pit!
