Just the walk up to this house will take your breath away!! Looking for the perfect space for a family getaway, girls weekend, or couples or corporate retreat? Look no further than Our Texoma Lake House. This nearly 3,000 square foot home offers sleeping accommodations for up to 10, picturesque lake views, and amenities galore.
Walk through the front door where you will enter the open kitchen, gathering and living room all showcasing the gorgeous lake and island views. The floor to ceiling wall of windows and doors leading out to the multi-levels of deck invite you to relax and enjoy your getaway immediately; you might not even unpack!
The property is nestled in the trees on the front row of the Texas side on the big part of Lake Texoma. Nothing but 150 feet of trees lies between the house and the water. Walk down to the boat ramp and launch one of the 3 kayaks right off the bank and paddle over to Treasure island to enjoy the sandy beaches, or just relax on the giant elevated deck with 2 levels, plenty of seating, Weber gas grill, fire table and majestic views overlooking the Texoma islands.
This property is located in the premier Russwood subdivision. This is a quiet, upscale neighborhood; we are highly respectful and mindful of our neighbors and the integrity of our Russwood Community. *No parties and no groups of over 10.
THE MAIN LEVEL:
Includes a fully stocked kitchen with bar top eating and dining area, pantry and laundry room.
Behind the kitchen you will find a tranquil queen bedroom with an attached adorable sun room that can sleep two on the twin and trundle bed giving you the feeling that you are sleeping in a tree-house! There is an en suite bathroom, with double sinks, closet, cabinets, bath/shower combo. This room combo is perfect for the family to stay close together.
As you walk through the gathering/living area, on the left you will find a bright and comfortable double twin bedroom to share.
The Master bedroom is huge, complete with television, a captivating sitting area for two and en suite luxurious bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and jetted tub. Just one of the MANY spots to take in the beautiful Lake Texoma scenery!
You may find yourself a little territorial in the gathering/sitting area on the main level. The over-sized swivel chairs that look out over the lake are a favorite among guests and another perfect spot to enjoy the incredible views! The electric fireplace will give you all the cozy vibes winter or summer!
There are two sliding doors that lead you to the expansive deck...once you walk outside, get ready...it's breathtaking! Plenty of comfy seating and outdoor dining options are available for you.
THE SECOND LEVEL:
Walking up the stairs gives you the feeling of climbing the ladder up to your tree house! At the top of the stairs, you will be in the game room and bar area, as well as anther outdoor deck sitting area and screened-in porch. Off the game room is a private queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and closet. The wet bar includes a sink with filtered water and refrigerator.
OUTSIDE:
While the upper and lower decks offer so many places to perch yourself and enjoy the magnificent views both day and night (the star gazing is incredible!), you can also enjoy a few quiet sitting areas in the front of the home as well. If you are adventurous, there is access to the backyard from the front walkway, which leads you under the house into the backyard...through the trees there is a steep path where you can walk to the water and explore the shoreline (see the video in the pictures). Enjoy fishing, looking for fossilized rock, spotting deer or just watching the boats and listening to the waves hit the shore.
If you are visiting for boating or kayaking, the neighborhood boat ramp is down the street to the west of the property. The kids can walk along the shore line and explore. It is a short paddle out to the islands which have beautiful sandy beaches. You can rent a boat or bring your own. *No parking of boats, trailers, atv's at the property.
Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge is a short drive away from the house (8 miles) and Eisenhower State Park is also nearby (11 miles).

-PARKING IS LIMITED TO 3 VEHICLES TOTAL AMONG GUESTS AND VISITORS- NO EXCEPTIONS, DO NOT ASK. THIS IS A STRICT POLICY AND ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COSTS/FINES.
-NO PARKING ON OR PARALLEL TO THE STREET, ALL (3 TOTAL) VEHICLES MUST BE WITHIN THE DESIGNATED PARKING LOT ON THE PROPERTY.
-NO WATERCRAFT, TRAILERS AND/OR ATVs ALLOWED AT PROPERTY. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU LAUNCH AND STORE YOUR WATERCRAFT/TRAILERS AT HIGH PORT MARINA.
-Fireworks are not permitted on or near the property.
-Guests and visitors are not allowed to gather in the street.
-Please plan to pick up after yourself before you leave. Trash bags must be placed inside the trash bin.
