The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining or gathering family and friends for a casual evening. Enjoy lounging in front of the grand stone gas fireplace as you watch your favorite movie, or step out onto the spacious back deck to watch golfers and listen to the creek that runs directly behind the home. The deck features a gas grill and table that seats 6 guests and a staircase that leads to the open backyard and creek. You will enjoy creating meals in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the comforts of home. The laundry room and powder room are also located on this level.
Venture to the upper level of this home to find the master bedroom, bedroom 2 and a spiral staircase that leads to a loft, a great getaway for the kids. The master and bedroom 2 each feature a king bed, the master has an en suite bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower and bedroom 2 features a flat screen TV and has access to a full bathroom with a private entrance from the bedroom or from the hallway.
