We are located on the 4th floor of the Amara overlooking the palm trees to the beautiful sea.
Beautiful sunsets every evening.
We are in the heart of Ixtapa Beach just walking distance to great restaurants, luxury shopping and groceries.
Each room is individually temperature controlled for your comfort.
A personal cook is available upon your request.
2 master suites on the seaside: one king bed, one queen bed.
2 bedrooms facing the beautiful mountains and golf course: both queen beds.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. (total of 5)
We have 2 wide screen TV’s, 1 in the living area, 1 in the master suite with cable service.
Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer.
24 hour security.
Private gate to the beach from the pool area.

We have three swimming pools: large infinity pool for everyone, children’s wading pool and an adult’s only pool. There is a poolside bar that serves pretty much anything you can think of to drink! And our bartenders are great.
On the beach, we have private palapas with lounge chairs.
We have 2 paddle tennis courts on site for guests.
There is parking inside the gated property.

Summary: We took three of our adult children on a Christmas holiday to Ixtapa and had a wonderful time. The condo was very spacious, had a wonderful deck and we all really appreciated having our own bathrooms and personal space. The view and sunsets were stunning! The condo literally looks dead on at the most beautiful sunsets you’ve ever seen. Having food and bar service at the pool was a great touch and made us feel like we were staying in a hotel (and very reasonably priced). All of the restaurants we ate at within walking distance were delicious and really reasonable. The Padel court was a great way to get some excercise. Think pickle ball but add a back board to the game. There was some very loud music and noise that went late into the night from the neighbouring all inclusive hotels on either side, as well as a nightclub across the street, but I think that might have been because it was Christmas and New Years festivities. Bring ear plugs. Other than that it was perfect. We’d definitely come again. Thank you so much for having us.
