Villa Cas Dushi Bida is a luxury villa with an exceptionally pleasantly furnished palapa with a lovely lounge set, an outdoor bar with fridge, dining table and a private swimming pool. Because the house is a bit higher there is always a nice breeze. It is also great to stay inside the villa. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a cozy sitting area with TV with Dutch channels, 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. The villa is situated on a secure resort with a large communal swimming pool (with children's pool) in the Jan Thiel district. The rental price is € 125 per night with an occupancy of up to 4 people per person per night. During the summer holidays (July + August) the rent is € 145 per night and in the Christmas period we ask € 195 per night. For the 5th and 6th person we charge € 10 per person per night. The prices are excluding final cleaning (95 Euro), tourist tax (7%) and consumption of electricity and water, this will be deducted from consumption with your deposit.
