Located just outside the popular hotel district, you are within walking distance of shopping, dining, casinos, movie theaters and so much more. And you are only minutes away from golf, every imaginable water sport and downtown Oranjestad.
Your Caribbean home is over 3000 square feet and decorated in contemporary Aruban style. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and even has an OPTIONAL second story guest suite (for larger families/groups) that features a queen bed, queen airbed, kitchenette, living/tv area, full bath and balcony. You only need to pay for the space that your family or group size calls for. And the guest suite is only available to guests who rent the house. so you can always add it later if you’re not sure whether you will need it or not.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops & travertine marble floors, dining inside and outside, cable TV & high-speed internet/wifi, 45' covered pool-side patio, large gazebo, barbecue, outside shower, a big, beautiful pool with a walk-in staircase, a swim up bar, Jacuzzi jets and a sheer waterfall, all surrounded by coconut palms, native cactus and beautiful flora.

The pool also has 15' of bench seating with jets and a dynamic lighting system that changes the water's color on demand.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The master suite #1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and ½ bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and adjoins a large, full bath, plus there is a private outside shower. The optional guest suite has a queen bed and a queen air-bed (full height – self-inflating), which is extremely comfortable. Because we are limited to the number of photos we can display, we do not show pictures of all the bedrooms or the bathrooms.
HOLIDAY DATES/RATES: Holiday rates apply to any 7 day period that includes Christmas Eve, Christmas Day OR New Years Eve or New Years Day. Christmas Week and New Years week are considered two separate holiday weeks.
