Positive: This place is like a family home with a shop downstairs where school children hand out after school with bubble teas (there is a school around). I was the only guest at the time so it was very quiet, room was very big and there were kitchen utensils and a proper fridge so I could cook my own food if I wanted too. There was also a washing machine, and space to dry clothes on the roof, very practical for long stay. The owner was lovely and the communication was perfect. I got very clear instructions for check-in and also could extend my stay easily. The neighborhood is quite far from the center so it is not touristy at all, but still with shops, cafes and plenty of food options around.
Negative: I only wish I could have met the cats but they were away during my stay :)
