The perfect spot for a romantic week, family or hiking trip. Located at prestigious Phillips Lake. A private cove for kayaking, swimming, or relaxing on the dock is just a few minutes away. Bangor International Airport and Ellsworth 20 minutes away. UMO and Acadia National Park 40-45 minute drive. The perfect location with easy access to 1A.
Entire place is yours. You will have everything you need for your vacation stay. The main cabin has one bedroom with a Queen size bed and one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining, including oven, K cup coffeemaker, drip coffeemaker, microwave, waffle maker, blender, various pots, pans, dishes and other amenities. Complimentary basket of k cups, sugar, creamers, bottled water and an assortment of snacks included. Amenities for bathroom include towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Relax in natural surroundings by the electric fireplace on cooler evenings or sit on the screen porch enjoying your morning coffee. You may even hear the sound of loons on the lake.
The detached guest cabin has bunk beds. A half bathroom is ensuite. A very private space yet just a few steps to all the features of the main cabin. This could be a a great place for your friends or kids to enjoy camp life!
Toast marshmallows at the fire pit. Take a local hike on nearby trails or walk the camp roads. Take a quick drive to a private cove for kayaking and swimming. This Maine getaway property is the perfect location to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Two single kayaks are available for your use at a nearby private cove on the lake. It is a few minutes drive to get to the cove. Life jackets provided and required. From there you can explore beautiful Phillips Lake. This dock and private cove is shared with one other listing that we rent which is across the street from the dock.
If you have your own boat, you are only a few minutes to the public boat access area.
The screened in porch is a favorite of guests to enjoy coffee in the morning, read or enjoy a glass of wine. A large sun deck has a picnic table and gas grill.
The Internet is fiber optics for quick speeds.
A Roku TV is available to logon to your own streaming apps like Netflix or Amazon Prime. DVD player, books, puzzles and family oriented games are provided as well.
