First time available to the public! Step into history. Stay in Billy and Ruth Graham's first home. See the family photos. Sit around the family table. Make you own memories in Montreat while enjoying the Graham's comfortable cottage. This is where we lived in the very early years of our father's ministry. We love this little cottage. We have many memories in this house and want to share them with you. And we want you to make your own happy memories here. May God bless your time in our home. Within walking distance to Montreat Conference Center, walking trails, streams. The Graham Family Cottage sleeps up to 10 total (with double occupancy in all king beds). Master bedroom with king bed and loveseat on main floor. Second main floor bedroom has twin bunk beds. There is one full bath on the main floor. Upstairs there is a third, large bedroom with a king bed and two twin beds. Finally, there is a fourth bedroom/study upstairs with sitting area and two twin beds. Central heat. Window A/C units in all bedrooms. No smoking. WIFI, Flat Screen TV in living room, Flatscreen TV in upstairs study/bedroom. Washer/Dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, utility room and outdoor charcoal grill. Stone patio with plenty of furniture and outdoor fire pit to enjoy the mountain life. Privacy. Surrounded by mature trees. Very comfortable for a family, special occasion, friend get away, etc. Walk throughout Montreat and access hiking trails easily. Minimum four night stay during holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years). Extra sanitation protocols in place since March, 2020 and ongoing.
