This penthouse unit has two oversized balconies, an East balcony for watching the sunrises and a West balcony for watching those amazing sunsets!! Very few properties have such amount of living or private balcony space! Newly managed by Beachscapes Vacation Rentals, several upgrades have been implemented and will be implemented in the coming months. This penthouse unit includes a new 85" Samsung TV in the living room with a Sonos arc stereo, new 55" Samsung TVs in each of the bedrooms, new Stearns and Foster King Size premium mattresses in each of the three bedrooms, with a twin over full bunk arrangement in the fourth bedroom. Living Room includes a sofa sleeper. The kitchen has a new stainless steel LG refrigerator.
Origin is an amazing and unique resort! The pool, gym, and spa amenities are located on the 4th floor. Convenient barbecue areas are located on the 4th floor south-east and south-west corners of the building, with amazing gulf views.
There are four elevators, one on the East and West ends of the building and two in the center. Access to the penthouse units is via the center elevators only (a large portion of the West wing belongs to Unit 1502 for balcony space).
Each unit is provided with two parking passes, one for the main parking garage and one for the adjacent lot across from Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant. Origin provides 24-hour security for its owners and guests.
