This ultra comfortable house has reverse cycle air conditioning and a Jetmaster Gas Log Fire making it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There is a large bottom deck with sweeping views and under cover that provides protection in all weather as well as a top balcony that has the most amazing views. Oriana comes with top quality beds, bedding, furniture and HD audiovisual entertainment, including Netflix and Stan. The open plan living area takes full advantage of the oceanfront position with views from every seat in the house. From this level there are even views to Coolangatta Mountain. A gorgeous summer or warm winter house, with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning plus a cosy Jetmaster gas log fire for cooler nights. The blinds on the seaside are motorized for added convenience.
