On the first floor there are three bedrooms comprising of double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom with a desk and workspace, and family bathroom. Outside you have a garden to the front with garden furniture for alfresco dining or a relaxing drink at the end of a busy day.

LOCATION:
The cottage has a private parking space in front and is brilliantly located for all that Ventnor offers with its variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. From The Esplanade you can take the level walk, along the sea wall to Bonchurch, or walk along the cliff path towards Steephill Cove, a beautiful, sheltered bay only accessed by foot. A further walk will take you to the Ventnor Botanic Garden which lies in the remarkable microclimate at the heart of the famous 'Undercliff.' This unique garden is protected from the cold northerly winds by chalk downs. In addition to enjoying the lovely gardens, it also hosts events and exhibitions and there is a restaurant and Café on-site for refreshments.
