Positive: The apartment is well equipped, spacious, comfortable bed, private bathroom with spa bath and close to all the amenities,
Negative: The strong smell of garbage as you exit the lift to the basement car park level. That would need to be addressed by the building management team, as I suspect that the garage bins and other waste are stored either on the same level as the basement carpark or nearby. This would need to be addressing by building management.
