This 2 bedroom/2 bath cozy condo overlooks the local lake within its quiet neighborhood, giving you the perfect retreat after your adventures on the nearby beaches. Book a trip to this wonderful waterfront home today!
Relax by enjoying the premium theater experience in the living room, featuring a large HD TV and luxe leather seats. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals for a family gathering. There is an in-unit washer / dryer included. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
Take advantage of the nearby bay and boat tours or travel out to Fort Myers Beach for its premier Island experience. Experience fine dining at local restaurants or spend a day playing mini golf. Once you arrive you will realize Crystal Cove is the perfect center for your next vacation!
This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit. This unit is in a gated community. The code for the gate will be emailed to you with the arrival instructions a few days prior to your stay.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials around the property as a result of renovations after Hurricane Ian.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
In addition to our Rental Agreement, guests are required to completed an application and be registered with the Crystal Cove Association to rent. Both documents will be sent after booking. Application/Registration fees apply, and these fees are non-refundable. They are included at the time of booking.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Working with Tripower was decent. We felt the price and fees were too much. The owner only checks a couple of weeks a year according to neighbors. Condo was not ready to rent-kitchen and closets were full of stuff, couldn't use areas that normally are available for renters. Garage had two cars parked there and stuff was piled on and in the cars and garage was full of empty boxes, we couldn't even use the garage. We had to request repairs 4 times-heat to refrigerator. What most renters would expect in a condo was very lacking. Would not recommend this condo.
