Barnacle Rose is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located in one of the newest neighborhoods on 30A, Highland Parks in Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy the atmosphere and amenities Highland Parks has to offer! With an abundance of amenities to spoil you daily, including a resort-style swimming pool, gas fire pit, hot tub, covered entertainment pavilion, and an observation tower with spectacular views across the Gulf of Mexico to the state forest that surrounds the neighborhood, you may never want to leave! The first floor of Barnacle Rose offers an open floor plan. The living area features a large sectional sofa with plenty of room to watch movies, dining area with seating for six, Galley kitchen with peninsula seating for four and a half bath. The second floor is entirely devoted to the Master suite with a king size bed, sitting area and ensuite that offer a large walk-in shower with double vanity. The third floor has an open bunk area with a twin over full and two guest bedrooms that have a king and queen. There is a shared third floor full bathroom. Outside you will find a hidden room under the home with a TV, dart board and several seating options.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Community Amenities:
The Highland Parks Community features a stunning resort size lagoon swimming pool with a gorgeous waterfall and an Observation tower to view the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a hot tub, gas fire-pit, pavilion with gas grills, ice maker, lots of counter space for food prep, double sink, community dining area, big screen TV with comfortable lounge seating, and large bath house style restrooms.
Multiple public beach accesses are located within a short bike ride or drive from the home. The closest accesses are Blue Mountain Beach and Gulfview Heights, approximately a 6-8 minute bike ride from the home or a short 3-4 minute drive. If parking is limited at these locations, you can head to the Ed Walline Beach Access at Hwy 393 and Gulf Place, which has a larger public parking area, only a short 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride from the home.
Golf carts are a great way to explore the scenic views along 30A and to get back and forth from the beach and area restaurants. Highland Parks is a golf cart friendly community, allowing one golf cart rental per home.
Parking:
Barnacle Rose offers a two-car driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited in the community and violators will be towed at owner's expense per community guidelines.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
