Positive: The house was beautiful. We saw so many deers, great security at Penn Estates.
Negative: although it was booked very last minute, the property manager Dennis was not very helpful and unreachable to give us any details about the amenities that we paid for. After booking trying to reach him or Red Awning repeatedly we were told that you have to pay a community fee of $150 per person in order to use the community pool which is not explained on booking.com. They also have strict security at Penn Estates which is good but you can’t even have an uber delivery unless you get a permission pass before hand which can only be done by the property manager.
Summary: It was a last minute find so we made the best of it but would have enjoyed our money spent better with a little more inf
