This pet-friendly end unit townhouse near the shuttle stop in Clearbrook 1 is waiting for you! Enter to an outer and inner foyer. From the inner foyer, head upstairs to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. This level also accesses the wrap-around deck. In the living area, relax with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace while you watch the flat-screen cable television. You can also prepare a meal in the fully-applianced kitchen and enjoy it all together at the spacious dining table. Above the main living area is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath with shower. You will find the primary bedroom and a full bath on the lowest level.
Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the condo was clean and welcoming.There was plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and dinnerware. Refrigerator was clean. They also had a good dishwasher. A nice large bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom and a TV. Upstairs is a roomy bedroom with twin beds and also a full bathroom. Dog friendly. Nice wrap around deck. Had a great weekend with our family.
