Welcome to Par 3! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, the Bobcat Golf Course awaits your arrival! The two-bedroom, two-bath Farmington Vista condo is light and airy.
A covered lanai overlooking the Bobcat Golf course is located on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king bed and a huge shower, as well as an office space, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, WiFi, and a washing and dryer. The neighborhood has a BBQ gas grill just outside your door, as well as a clubhouse, community, heated pool, and a busy social calendar. This property does not contain a membership transfer. Summary: Unfortunately, this condo has a 1980's theme! However, this is 2024! Sorry to say, but I wouldn't rent this ever until you update the furnishings etc.
