4 Bedroom House in Ocean View

4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, luxurious 2600 sq ft home with wetland and water views. This beautiful new home features a great open floor plan, first floor owner’s suite, morning room overlooking Collin’s Creek, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous hardwood floors as well as many other upgrades throughout. Not to mention it is located in the most premier location and one of only eight waterfront homes in the entire community!! As a former teacher and beach lifeguard in Bethany Beach, we have dreamed of returning to this area with our two young children and owning a vacation home of our own. There truly isn’t a better vacation destination than Bethany Beach, Delaware. In fact, “Travel and Leisure” magazine has named it as one of the “Best Secret Beaches on Earth”. We are doing a Friday- Friday rental to help our renters avoid the major traffic delays during the Saturday changeover and allow you an entire weekend rather than coming in on a Sat afternoon. All furnishings including beds and mattresses are brand new and are of top quality. Each bedroom includes a mattress cover, pillows, and a comforter. You are responsible for bringing your sheets and towels and are welcome to use the laundry room. The first floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room, spacious airy great room with a gas fireplace, entertainment center, 55” TV, and a relaxing morning room with amazing wetland views and tons of natural light. There is also a large deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating that will offer you breathtaking views of the sunset and wildlife. Enjoy the views of the bay while you sip a cocktail, share a meal, or listen to the many sounds of summer. There is a second porch on the front of the house with relaxing chairs and a place to watch the kids play or just read a book. The king master bedroom is on the first floor and has a walk in closet and master bath with double vanities, granite counter tops, and a tiled walk in shower with bench. The laundry room is off of the kitchen and features a full size washer and dryer and allows access to the garage for easy cleaning. There is also a ½ bath on the first floor as you enter the front door. The second floor has three bedrooms and one full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds which are a full on bottom and a twin on top, and the third bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa and a day bed with two twins. This bedroom has an entertainment center with a 50” TV and Blue Ray DVD player. In addition there is a loft at the top of the stairs to provide you a place to let the kids play, stretch out and relax, or play a game. We have a small supply of games, books, and puzzles for you to enjoy. Bay Forest Resort is absolutely the best community to enjoy all the attractions and beach living at its’ finest without all the traffic and crowds. This is a family friendly environment with endless amenities and attractions for everyone. *Bay Forest offers a one of a kind clubhouse featuring a heated lap pool, lazy river, water slides, tennis courts, basketball, bocce ball court, playground and fitness center. In addition, there are beautiful paved walking/jogging/biking trails and community fire pits as well as poolside cocktails and food. Bay Forest offers free shuttle service to/from Bethany Beach(@4mi) every hour in season. Award winning golf courses, tax free outlet shopping, fishing, sailing, kayaking, and endless dining options. You’re also just a short drive away from the beach towns of Rehoboth, Fenwick Island, and Ocean City, MD. *There is a $50.00 per person fee to purchase amenity passes to use the pool and other amenities. This is an additional charge that Bay Forest charges per renter.
