Summary: They got another sucker! I have paid less to stay in much nicer accommodation. The description and photos sold a much nicer house than the reality. Considering the area and the surrounding houses, this place was not as nice yet charged us as if it was at the same standard. The first impression of the place was unkempt and not well maintained. Upon entering, it smelled of an old musty house. The couch smelled old and dusty and was itchy on my skin. The bathroom needs a deep clean with all the mould in the grout. The surround walls on the spa are held together with baby safety clips and door chocks. To add insult to injury, they require you to provide your own linen or charge you for the privilege of getting bedsheet and towels, which at 10:30 at night you have to pay - cos what else are you going to do? This was already on top of the service and housekeeping fee charged to stay there. It was suitable for what we needed; however, the cost of the stay was not justified in what was provided. Grossly overcharged!
