This residence offers a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a steel-clad fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line Bosch and Dacor appliances (including a wine refrigerator), an eat-in island, plus a dining table for eight. Additional features include: three guest suites, each with a flatscreen TV and luxuriant, attached bathroom (primary and secondary have a king size bed, the third suite has a full-over-queen bunk bed), a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed, a bonus lounge with a queen sofa-bed, custom tilework and lighting, hardwood flooring throughout, a washer/dryer closet, air conditioning, and space for one vehicle in the parking garage.
Guests will enjoy delightful mountain landscaping and courtyard views from the expansive, furnished outdoor terrace and patio, as well as access to the on-site pool, spa pools and rooftop bar.
