Plenty of room in front and back for play or relaxation. 18x40 Gunite Pool, 104' of Private Beach and expansive views of the lovely LI Sound with Picture Perfect Sunsets. Plenty of parking and garage. Home Vineyard. Perfectly located between both Southold and Greenport Villages and close to dozens of vineyards. This is a one of a kind home. Summary: My family and I had an unbelievable experience in this beautiful Greenport home. Everything was as advertised if not better. If you are looking for a waterfront getaway on the North Fork this is your house. The host Ted was also fantastic and the communication throughout the trip was top notch.
