Summary: Quiet and private. Lots of balcony space! Listed as sleeping up to 8 but one of the beds is a double sleeper sofa in the loft so a bit tight. But for 7 was fine. Kitchen well equipt other than we were looking for inside and outside brooms but could not find either. Might be a good addition...especially for the outside to sweep leaves from the decks or dock area
