Villa has A/C. House sits on a fenced acre. 10 minute walk to the beach and offers breathtaking views of Chileno Bay. Enjoy watching the sunrise and moonrise from the beach or grill on the deck with an amazing view of Chileno Bay.
The house is near beaches for, but not limited to, kiteboarding, kayaking, fishing, SUP and snorkeling. Local trails offer access for motorsport, mountain biking, morning walks with coffee. In short distance to great restaurants and coffee shop.
The pool has an outdoor shower to rinse off your gear after a long day at the beach. There is a bocce ball court next to a palapa hut lounge

Summary: This was easy and so perfect for our large families. Lots of room with lots of space. Lots to do. Plenty of privacy. Bocce ball, pool, large outdoor patio area. I would not hesitate to rent this again if we return to the area. It was so much better than the photos. A car is necessary for this location but very worth it. Really, we were absolutely delighted with this place. Thank you, Oscar!!!
