New! If you ever thought about getting away from it all in a gorgeous and quite place, this is it. Set in the middle of the Tramuntana World Heritage mountains this place is surrounded by nature and quietness. The house is set on a large private olive grove with millenary olive trees just off the small garden. Hundreds of centenary stone walls support the properties’ slopes. There is plenty of outside sitting to enjoy the views, while relaxing or having lunch. The swimming pool is set next to the house and is also surrounded by trees.
Cute, clean and comfortable interiors complement these fantastic exteriors with an open-plan living room/kitchen area, two bedrooms and an interior and exterior bathroom. There is a TV, Internet and a fully stocked kitchen on hand.

This plot is located about 12 minutes away from Soller and Port de Soller, where you can find anything that you need with plenty of stores, bars and restaurants. The road is mostly paved although not particularly wide. If you have experience with mountain roads, you can drive a large SUV just fine, however if you do not, a mid-size sedan or small SUV should be the chosen vehicle.
There are many hiking and/or mountain bike trails in the area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here - Miguel was amazing in his communication and attentiveness from start to finish. The house itself is beautiful and incredibly clean and well kept. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to get away and only have donkeys, goats and the mountains for company this is for you. It’s about a 25 min walk down into Soller but it’s a bit steep on the way back up and the drive is a little tricky - but as other reviews have said - if you’re an experienced driver and rent a small car you’ll be fine, just take it slow. The charming Soller-Palma railway runs under the house which further adds to its charm
