This 1800 sq. ft. unit is located on the 5th floor of One Ocean Place with close proximity to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh Walk, Market Commons and fine dining.
This condo was purchased in August 2022 and was totally renovated and updated at that time with new dining, living, bedroom and patio furniture. Also you will enjoy new lighting, accessories, appliances, and wall mounted smart TV’s in the living room and in all bedrooms.
This condo sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with patio access and a view that allows you to stay in bed and watch the morning sun rise over the ocean. Bedroom #2 is also furnished with a king-size bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom . Towels and bed linens are provided.and beds made up upon your arrival
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including: ice maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, large selection of pots and pans, dishes, crockpot, toaster and blender. There is a fully equipped wet bar in the living room for ease in entertaining. Our unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The One Ocean Place pool deck has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the ocean.
This is a family-owned condo. We have lived in the area for over 30 years and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. We are easily available with any questions or concerns to ensure that your vacation experience with us is worry-free.
