Summary: Nice apartment..We had a bit of a rocky start getting into the unit with the code, not knowing were to park or unload, and having no running water in the apartment. That night the water returned to the area and our stay improved. There is a steep set of stairs inside the apt, but no rails to hold onto. Otherwise the apartment is clean and furnished in a comfortable modern way. Nice view from the shaded outdoor area with indoor air conditioning. Nice to have a washer/dryer. We personally didn't mind staying above the Italian Restaurant and Laundromat. Parking is behind the mall between the marina and the Blue Sail Hotel Restaurant/Bar. A short walk to the Anse Marcel Beach is a plus. We love Anse Marcel!
