Summary: The apt was quiet and a peaceful neighborhood. There was a person who came in to clean the place every two weeks which was a nice bonus. Gabriel was very accommodating. I do have some suggestions. It would be nice to have a binder or something to explain how to work the heater and air conditioner. Also instructions on how to run the television as we struggled with the tv control being slow to warm up to open channels and had push button several times to get the controls to work. We replaced batteries but didn’t make a difference. Perhaps there was a certain trick that we didn’t know to get it to work. Also we didn’t see how to find the satellite tv as it appeared there was only google smart tv. Binder could also contain how to use washer and dryer and what instructions on what to do to close up when you are finished staying. It would also be nice to have some brochures as to fun things to do in the area. Suggestions for restaurants and the like. Since we weren’t from the area we had to do a lot of research to find places to go. We have stayed many times with Vrbo and usually these brochures and binders are lifesavers for the guests. Overall the stay was very nice.
