Summary: This was our second year spending spring break in Gatlinburg. We chose this cabin for obvious reasons, it was gorgeous! We have 3 young kids who were really excited to use the pool. We decided to pay extra to have the pool heated for some of our stay. When we went to access the pool it would not turn on. We reached out to see how to turn it on and were instructed to call for maintenance. However once we opened the pool cover, the water was dirty and murky. Not something my family intended to deal with considering we paid extra to be able to use the heated pool. I requested a refund for the heated pool fee after we left but was told no because we didn’t take pictures or call to have someone come fix it. Sorry not our jam when we are on vaca. Otherwise the cabin is wonderful. We saw bears right outside in the woods.
