Under New Management! Welcome to the heart of Plaza Midwood in a stylish town home with everything you, your friends and family would need for a great stay in Charlotte. You can experience the quiet neighborhood in Charlotte while also being walking distance of top restaurants and breweries! You're also a 3 minute drive to multiple neighborhoods including NODA and Uptown.
The home has updated finishes, a small 1 car garage, and ample space with 4 levels (no elevator so please plan accordingly)
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during
your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed
2. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
3. No smoking inside
4. No glitter or confetti
5. No unregistered guests allowed
6. Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm-6am
7. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
8. Please take care of the furnishings.
9. Please don't rearrange the furniture.
10. Please do your dishes.
11. Please take the trash out before you leave.
12. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
The home is surrounded by other homes and of course share walls with neighboring units. We have a strict HOA about quiet hours. If you think your group cannot respect quiet hours/ will be enjoying later evenings in Charlotte this might not be the property for you!
