Located on a quiet dead-end street, 3 minute walk to beach, steps from the playground, arcade, shops, and restaurants. Our home is the perfect getaway for two small families, a family traveling with in-laws or couples looking for a getaway! Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably and has parking for 3 vehicles on the seashell-lined driveway.
The first floor is complete with a full bath, new stackable laundry, U-Shaped kitchen with seating, fireplace and living space. The back deck off the living room boasts unobstructed views of the marsh and includes a grill area. The second floor consists of two private bedrooms, one in the back and one in the front. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with a trundle bed pullout. The primary bathroom features a double vanity sink and plenty of storage. Head on up to the top floor for those amazing views both front and back! Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the amazing views of the sunset on the marsh. Another deck with ample seating facing the Atlantic. An additional half bath, living/sleeping area and kitchenette round out the home. There are TVs in each bedroom/living room and strong wi-fi.
We provide beach chairs, beach towels and every amenity you need; just bring your bathing suit and come enjoy! We love the convenience of this home and the quiet, dead-end street is so safe for children.
We have been renting in Wells for several years and are thrilled to now own a home and share with others! We purchased the home at the end of March and have been enhancing the home - it will be ready to rent in June and will look even better than the pictures!
