We also have a beautiful pontoon boat for rental during your stay. If you are looking to get away and relax, enjoy privacy and adventure with all the comforts of home, Lakeside Pink is the place to go. Built in 2017, this custom built 3 bedroom/3 bath home sits on the southern shore of Lake Murray and offers an open floor plan, scenic lake views and sunsets from the living, kitchen, bedrooms, and second story balcony. The covered gazebo is just steps from the water's edge. We also have a wide concrete boat ramp to launch your personal watercraft, plenty of room to park your boat trailer and a private dock. The home is impeccably decorated and luxury comfort is seen and felt throughout the home. The main level has an open kitchen and living area with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy home-cooked meals and stunning views of the open water. The living room has a large brand new sectional sofa to provide your family comfort and glamour with practicality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The attached garage houses a commercial grade ice maker for coolers, and a holds the washer and dryer. The home features a tankless water heater for an endless supply of hot water. The covered patio features a stainless and oversized steel gas grill, outdoor dining table, and rocking chairs, which are perfect for waterfront views, intimate conversation, relaxing, or playing one of the many indoor and outdoor board games. With multiple spaces on the main level, sharing time with family and friends AND relaxing options are endless! The bedrooms are on the second level, including the master suite with full bath and walk-in closet. The master has a king bed with a new custom mattress. A guest features a firm Serta queen mattress and the second guest has a double/twin combo bunk bed. The master and one guest room have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading to the lakeside balcony where there's additional seating to watch the sunsets. At the second level landing you will find a dedicated beverage station featuring a Nespresso coffee machine and mini fridge serving comfort and convenience to enjoy the early morning scenic lake views. A full third bath with water closet is located on the second level. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen smart TV, beautiful fresh linens and pillows. Streaming services are on each TV. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach/lake towels for your stay. The home is located 20 minutes from Lexington, is near grocery stores, restaurants, a local distillery and winery. Columbia is a short drive where you can enjoy the nationally ranked Riverbanks Zoo and Botanical Garden, the South Carolina State Museum, State House grounds, EdVenture Children's Museum and the University of South Carolina. Visit quaint downtown Batesburg-Leesville and enjoy dinning at Shealy's Bar-b-que, a landmark restaurant known for its all you can eat buffet. Shealy's is on the South Carolina BBQ Trail. At Lakeside Pink, you are just minutes away from several marinas with boat and jet ski rentals and lake tour options like the seasonal Purple Martin migration tour. You can also find paddleboard rentals, lessons and SUP yoga all offered by California Republic. For the golfer, Ponderosa Golf Course and Country Club can be found within a short drive. You and your family can relax under the shade of the large covered gazebo at the private dock just steps away from the water. The property has 2 paddleboards and a fishing kayak. It sleeps 6. This is a family home with lovely full time neighbors. Our home is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation, a fishing trip, or a quiet getaway.
