Unit 2314 at the Phoenix West II is a beautiful professionally decorated 3 bedroom 4 full bath unit with a north facing park view from its large balcony. The unit has nice art work in each room in addition to 4 flat screen TVs with a DVD player connected to each. The unit has Dish expanded channel service and its own wireless internet system. Flooring throughout the entire unit is a large tile.
The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa and two blue and white wing-back chairs for watching the 70" HD Smart TV with a high-in sound bar that is blue tooth compatible; so you can play all of your music, from your phone, IPad, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with lots of cabinet space and an over-sized side by side refrigerator. There is a wet-bar adjacent to the kitchen and provides additional cabinet and counter space along with your own personal ice maker. There are also 4 large bar stools for eating casual meals in the kitchen area.
The dining room has a large chandelier over an over-sized dining table with six upholstered chairs plus there are two leafs and four additional chairs that can be added so that the table will seat 10. On the wall behind the dining table is a unique round mirror that is flanked by two bronze wall sconces.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. In the master bedroom there is a 60" HD Smart TV and DVD player. In the adjacent master bath, there is a Jacuzzi tub with a separate large shower with two shower heads operated independent of each other.
Both the blue and orange bedrooms are very nicely appointed one with two queen beds and the other has two full size beds with compatible night stands and chest of drawers. Each bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV with a DVD player. Also, each bedroom has its own private full bath with a shower/tub.
There is also a nicely painted vibrant orange colored fourth full bath/utility room off the main hall so that your beach wear can go straight in the washer and dryer.
Some of the many amenities of the West II complex are a lazy river on the beach side with a slide, an indoor pool with adjacent hot tubs, an outdoor pool, a splash pool, a large well equipped exercise room with additional hot tubs and separate men and woman's saunas. There are also outdoor basketball courts and Bar-B-Q Grills as well as massive amounts of indoor common area and all covered parking.
