This stunning 5-bedroom/7.5-bath property sits in an enviable location right on the water between Shinnecock Bay and the Atlantic. With five acres of pristine dunes, natural landscaping, and meandering pathways, it is both eye candy and elusive, private and prestigious.
You’ll undoubtedly spend much of your time lounging in the outdoor seating area surrounded by bay views. Spend a lazy day (or more!) floating around the heated pool or sink into the hot tub. As the sun sets and an evening chill sets in, move the party to the outdoor seating to enjoy the view.
When you finally make your way inside, high ceilings, wood floors and chic design features await—though the impressive water view is never far away. In the Great Room, a wall of glass overlooks the dunes and ocean, and every other room has plentiful, large windows for natural light. Even the master bath has an ocean view!
Speaking of which, the upstairs master suite is truly exceptional, complete with two fireplaces and three balconies featuring 360-degree water views. It also has an oceanfront sitting room attached to a large master bath, complete with a private sauna and his and hers ocean view baths.
The first-floor guest wing houses the other four beautifully outfitted bedrooms—two with a queen-sized bed in each, one with a double bed and one with two twins.

Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
