Summary: Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was lovely and clean. The hotel's ideal for a City break, and would stay again, though not for a relaxing pool stay. The pool area, whilst overlooking the main road, is lovely. My experience of it however was incredibly busy. Whilst you are required to make reservations for a pool lounger, walk-ins were also accepted on the day, resulting in a very busy, chaotic and noisy day with people laid on towels on the floor around you - not relaxing in the slightest. The time allocations are also for approx. 2 hours 45 minutes, however staff begin clearing up around you 15-minutes before, making you feel as though you need to leave earlier.
