Summary: This is a great place to stay if the # of bedrooms match your needs and you are good with lots of stairs. There are about 3 parking spaces in front, but they are 2 hr max from 9 am to 6 pm, so you'll need to utilize the 3ish spaces or garage that's downstairs, which is down 38 steps from the street. The only real complaint we had was that the steps from the middle floor to the lower floor have a large piece of floor molding that takes up almost half the depth of the step, which means stepping down onto it, you're stepping onto a step that's half the depth that building code specifies, creating a tripping hazard. We had 2 in our family trip going down to the lower level before the word got out and everyone learned to step very carefully there. There is, however, a handrail.The great room on the top floor is fantastic with tons of windows and natural light. You can see water and waves crashing at times, but no sand, mainly because the entire neighborhood is quite a ways above the sea on the cliff. There's beach access about 50 yards down, but the beach was inaccessible most of the time we were there (early March) with the waves coming all the way to the rocks. It's about 6 stories of stairs to get to Olivia Beach.
