Positive: The size, location and check in /out system was very good. Lovely area around building with plenty food markets, cafe, bars near by. Quiet at night and felt safe there. Plenty delf and cutlery, could do with more tea towels as no dishwasher , although we had loads of hot water.
Negative: Unfortunately it wasn't as clean as I'd expect, inside shower doors, oven/ backsplash area. Some of the furniture could do with being replaced, chairs in kitchen and lounge, floor in one of bedrooms. No gas in hob only the electric ring was working. We found some clothing belonging to someone else in one of the bunk beds....
