Positive: The staff was very nice and friendly. Especially Mr. Ali. He was always helpful and available. We appreciated his hospitality. We felt welcomed and at home. We thank him and rest of the staff for being attentive.
Negative: It’s not being taking care of well. It is due for a renovation. We stayed 4 nights and there was no internet available. We couldn’t watch tv or use our smart devices. The pool broke down and the staff tried to troubleshoot it but couldn’t fix it. We waited for a day for the pool to be fixed. But no matter of the all troubles, the staff was very attentive and did their best. The villa was on the street side. The traffic noise was unbearable and didn’t allow us to rest well.
