Guests are encouraged to bring their own cleaning products if they wish. Unit information: Kitchen • -All condiments, salt, pepper, sugar, spices have been removed so please bring with you and take them home with you. • -Ice maker will be empty and turned off when you arrive. You can turn on to use. • -As many dishes and utensils as possible will be loaded into the dishwasher to be sanitized before your stay. But due to the limited capacity of the dishwasher, we recommend that you wash all additional dishware, glassware, cookware, silverware and utensils not found in the dishwasher at the time of your arrival before using them Bedding, Blankets and Pillows (2 options available per Owner) • Comforter’s will be removed and triple sheeting with a microfiber blanket will be implemented. All flat linens will be washed between stays, including fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillow cases. The microfiber blanket will be changed with each unit turn over and stored for at least 72 hours before being used again, or sprayed with chemicals listed on CDC list that are effective on soft surfaced or washed between usage. o Please bring any additional blankets or top covers you feel you may need. • All flat linen will be washed between stays including fitted sheet, flat sheets and pillow cases. Non-quilted coverlets and duvet inserts will be washed between stays. Quilted bedding (i.e. duvet inserts, quilts, other such bed coverings) will be washed as often as practical. o -All throw pillows and throw blankets have been removed Other Unit Items • -Games, puzzles, book, pens, note pads and all other non-essential items have been removed, so please bring these items with you. Maintenance and House Keeping issues: • If an Emergency Maintenance issue should arise, please first contact the unit property manager (Steve Duclos’s contract information is in the email and in the unit) before contacting the Resort Front desk. • For Non-emergency Maintenance or Housekeeping issue please contact the property manager (Steve Duclos) or Owner, do not contact the Front desk. • The property manager or resort staff will first try to resolve the issue in a no-contact way. If staff need to access the unit, the staff will wear masks and gloves and we ask that the guests interacting with staff wear masks and distance themselves from staff. Guest Requirements: • Guests are required to follow Resort social distancing guidelines and required to wear masks when in an indoor public area. (Please note that masks will not be available at the resort or at the unit) • If any Guest is ill or expressing any Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home from your trip to protect other in your group, other Resort guests and Resort Staff. • Guests are asked to “self-report” any apparent onset of possible Covid like symptoms during their reservation to the Owner, so appropriate precautionary measures for the protection of other members of their group, other Resort Guests and Resort Staff, including requesting that the Guest or and members of the group Guest may be asked to self-quarantine and not use the indoor public area. • Recent Guests of the unit are requested to self-report to the owner, Jonathan Olson if they or member(s) of their group test positive for Covid within 14 days of the rental unit so the appropriate measures may be taken by the Owner, Property Manager and Resort Management.
