The beautiful homes, landscaping and trees is something to remember. As you walk to Down Town, imagine what the times were like in the 20's. It is just beautiful!
Close to all attractions, Old Catholic Mission, Spanish Fort, Fountain of Youth, Ripley's Believe It or Not, the Ghost Tours, Sebastians Winery and several other local sites.
This location is close to all sites! Walk to Down Town and intercoastal/marina; 10 min. drive to beaches and world class golfing. Five minute drive to grocery.

Summary: Every year around Christmas we book a place to stay and I have to say that this house was fantastic. It was a great location for walking to everything but yet still quiet in the evenings so sleeping was not a problem. The house was clean and we had plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. We stayed in 1 afternoon and just played cards at the table and were very comfortable. We did have to turn on the heat and the house warmed up very quickly and was comfortable. I would recommend this rental as a place to stay while visiting historical St. Augustine.
