A cosy cottage set within a 'village courtyard' with pretty mature grounds for everyone to enjoy. The well appointed cottage has a Georgian style conservatory opening off the comfortable living room with its timbered floor and beamed ceilings. The new Oak kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room with hi-fi, Freeview and DVD opens onto the conservatory/dining room. There is a bright, fully tiled bathroom with shower facilities. Fresh luxury towels and bathrobes are provided at no extra charge. Upstairs has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a small twin bunk bedroom most suitable for children. All bedrooms have new carpets and have just been redecorated. A wooden cot and highchair can be provided if required. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO VENTURE FAR TO ENJOY RELAXATION Old Tom's enjoys shared access to the private leisure suite and grounds within Ivy Tower Village.
