Summary: The unit itself is very nice except two issues. The toilet is in the bottom floor but the bathroom is next to the bedroom. That makes it very inconvenient especially in the middle of the night having to trek downstairs on a narrow stair. The AC unit is upstairs and it struggles to keep a comfortable temperature. A ceiling fan could help. Downstairs you have to count on a ceiling fan. There is old starting in the shower tiles. The building needs a lot of cleaning updating fixing and upkeep. It’s dirty and does not show well. The path to the beach is long narrow and not easy to walk on. The beach itself if you call it that is strewn with garbage uneven paths and very difficult to get to the water. It appears to have major undertow. The street with lots of traffic noises 24 hours a day makes it difficult to sleep. The mattress needs replacing. Not the best of places to stay at any price and this one is not cheap. Caveat Emptor
