Enjoy incredible ocean and golf course views in this completely renovated, lower-level 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom 1,823 sqft property. Located at The Point, within the famous Mauna Lani Resort and overlooking the 13th green of the Francis H. I’I Brown Mauna Lani South course, this villa allows you to watch the golfers and crashing waves from a very private and quiet location. The commanding views stretch along the coast to Honokaope Bay’s 49 black sand beach and beautiful sunsets beyond. Decorated with designer furnishings throughout and having a southwest orientation, light comes in through the day to brighten the interior and offer magical sunsets into the sea.
All TVs in the home are Smart TVs with a generous cable package, and you're just a short walk from stunning coastal trails – less than 0.5 miles to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and only 0.8 miles to the iconic 49 Black Sand Beach.
The expanded great room is incredibly spacious, allowing friends to gather in separate areas but still be together. Test your gourmet chef skills in the fully equipped state-of-the-art custom-designed kitchen. The beautiful Koa wood cabinets and upscale stainless-steel appliances will enhance your experience. The bar stools at the expanded counter area allow you to catch up with the chef while preparing a meal. The dining area provides an oversized table with seating for six.
Stretch out and relax in our spacious living room that includes an extra-large Smart TV with a generous cable package and beautiful views. A few steps away lead you to your private covered lanai where you can enjoy alfresco dining for four with additional seating. Relax and read a book on one of the two lounge chairs located on the lanai. This peaceful setting leads to a large, manicured lawn area to enjoy viewing the Humpback whales go by during their migration season or stargazing at night.
The King Primary Suite is very spacious and provides a convenient workstation located next to a sliding glass door leading out to the lanai. A Smart TV with cable is available to catch a movie or watch the morning news. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities and the choice of a soaking tub or walk-in shower. There is plenty of cabinet space as well as closets in the bedroom area.
The King Guest Bedroom is also very spacious and has a calming tropical view and feel. It also features a Smart TV with cable for your use. The Guest Bath provides a walk-in shower using stone and glass.
There is a beautifully decorated powder room just off the kitchen area for your use as well. There is a laundry area inside the villa with a full-size washer and dryer located behind louvered doors. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a cooler for your use. When it's time to check out the rest of the island, walk to your private covered designated parking space.

Summary: We enjoyed the condo, it's just like the pictures. It was elegant and comfortable and has great ocean views. It's close to the Mauna Lani Beach Club which was the perfect place to hang out, with cabanas and lounge chairs, a great restaurant and beach bar, and really cool snorkeling. It's also a short drive from many other island beaches, shopping and restaurants.
