This 538 sq ft | 50 sqm condo is a superb choice getaway to Playa del Carmen. The condo is in a new condo complex called KAAB South Beach and is situated downtown just a block-and-a-half from the famous 5th Avenue and 3 blocks from the beach. You can walk there in 5 minutes!
KAAB South Beach has a phenomenal oceanview rooftop pool with sun loungers and outdoor dining tables. You can spend the day soaking up the sun at the pool, enjoy shaded dining or remote work (if you must) and afterward hit the gym onsite and then shower and go out. Now that’s a stellar day!

- A soothing open LIVING SPACE with minimalist decor, a sofa (with a single pullout sofa bed), two chairs, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that let in lots of natural light & give access to a PRIVATE BALCONY with two comfy Acapulco garden chairs.
- A DINING AREA nearby with a fantastic wood table that comfortably seats 4 for a relaxed sit-down meal at home. It’s also a nice spot to work if needed.
- A well-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances (mini-fridge/freezer, stove, microwave) and all the cookware and utensils you’d need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Plus, the essential extras like a COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER & TOASTER!
- 1 BEDROOM & 2 FULL BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 3 guests as such:
BEDROOM: 1 King bed, quality linens, an ensuite private bathroom, stand-in shower & rainfall showerhead, closet (with hangers!), a safe, Smart TV, AC & blackout shades.
LIVING AREA: 1 Single pullout sofabed

The building also houses AEREO CAFÉ BAR on the ground floor, Playa’s first Speakeasy, but they also serve breakfast, coffee drinks, appetizers/tapas, finger foods, and sandwiches, along with classic cocktails, martinis, wine, artisanal beer, and more to wash it all down. Open every day but Tuesday.
Plus, you’ll be just a few minutes walk to 5th Avenue, where you’ll find fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife and vibrant shopping malls like Paseo del Carmen (1 1/2 blocks from condo), Quinta Alégria, and the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains, and restaurants.
For groceries, you’ll be just 900 m | 0.5 miles away from Chedraui.

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
Please note that Playa del Carmen is experiencing a lot of growth and guests may hear construction noise at the building next door during work hours Mon-Sat from 9 am to 6 pm.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
