Our beautiful 2 bdrm. 2 bath condo sits on a bluff with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean from every room. It also offers views of the mountains with their beautiful waterfalls from the kitchen, dining and bathroom windows. This 2nd floor end unit Alii Kai I, building 7 has been renovated new flooring, bathroom tile, granite counters, cherry wood cabinets and appliances. The comfortable bedrooms are tastefully decorated and you will be lulled to sleep with the relaxing sound of the ocean below. You can sit out on the Lanai and watch the whales (Nov.-April), sailboats, cruise ships & dolphins go by as you relax with your favorite libation.
Hanalei Bay is less than a 10 minute drive and has been rated by Travel magazine as one of the best beaches in the world! There are also many small beaches you can visit and find yourself almost alone if privacy is what you prefer. The snorkeling on the north shore of Kauai is fantastic and you are likely to see sea turtles as they are common all over the island. You can also enjoy surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, & hiking. There are a number of great restaurants, shops and places to sample our favorite island drink the mai tai.
