The space
Featuring extra plush 100% Turkish Cotton bath towels for the most luxurious bathing experience paired with 800 thread count 100% Egyptian Cotton bedding and silky-soft hypoallergenic duvets to give you the most amazing nights rest.
The home features 2 bedrooms with brand new memory foam beds and fantastic water views. The downstairs bed has a twin size trundle pullout for additional sleeping space. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and window blinds to ensure complete privacy and darkness when desired.
There are 2 separate living rooms each with enormous wall-mounted HD cable Tv's. The open floor plan in the upstairs living space offers tremendous views and luxurious furnishings. The downstairs living room is comfy and cozy with plenty of room to stretch out or play. If you need extra sleeping space the downstairs living room has a futon couch and a pull out sleeper sofa. There are extra blankets available for you to use located on the storage racks. Each living room has a beautiful fire place but they are gated off for safety and cannot be used.
Open the French doors and relax on the deck while gazing at the ocean or enjoy the massive backyard while playing with the kids. The deck is setup with comfy outdoor furniture for relaxing or enjoying a meal outside. If you are traveling with young children there is a fenced in safe area outback that can be accessed using the back door.
The brand new gourmet kitchen offers everything you need to cook, clean or entertain your group. The large round dining table is perfect for enjoying a family meal or your morning coffee. We encourage you to explore all drawers and cupboards to access all of the supplied amenities and make the most of your experience at the home.
There are 2.5 bathrooms each uniquely setup with all of the comforts of home. The main bathroom features dual shower heads and vanity sinks. The downstairs bathroom includes a brand new washer and dryer for you to use during your visit.
The baby and beach items are located downstairs in the closet under the staircase next to the fireplace.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full uninterrupted access to the entire house and yard. Guests do not have access to the garage or the boiler room which are locked. Guests are not to go on the neighboring properties or park vehicles on the street.
Other things to note
Children Ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests but we do require that you let us know how many will be with your group so we can account for them.
A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted at the property. Use caution when pulling under the carport and watch the height of the vehicle so you do not hit the deck.
Swimming and use of the neighborhood beach is at your own risk. Guests are responsible to bring back any beach chairs and beach toys we provide in clean condition.
Please respect our septic system and only flush toilet paper. Use trash receptacle for all other waste. Please do not walk on or play around the septic caps and control system located out back.
Bugs & Furry Neighbors Our Island is loved not only by humans. Many other species like to call it home also. Although we lovingly share it with bugs and local wildlife, we prefer that they remain outside instead of within the house. For this reason, the home is serviced and protected by our pest control service. Please keep the doors closed when not using them and only open windows with screens in place and contact us directly in the unlikely event you observe an issue during your stay.
