In the exclusive Ocean Point gated community of Wild Dunes, sits this lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom ocean view home. Upon entry, the bright colors and comfortable furnishings welcome you to the living area with plenty of room to gather. Off the living room is a great screened in porch that you can easily see and access the ocean and neighborhood pool from. Take in the lovely ocean breezes from the porch or enjoy a game of corn hole in the back yard. The fully equipped kitchen gives you plenty of space to cook a lowcountry boil or a picnic to take to the beach. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and opens to the main living room and kitchen. There is one bedroom one the first floor with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs. To the left, there is a King bed, also with a private bathroom and TV. This room is considered to be a second master suite. The middle bedroom will have a queen size bed also with a private bathroom. To the right is the expansive Master bedroom with it's own private balcony overlooking the ocean. It has a large private bathroom with double vanity and separate tub and shower.
