Located to the north of South Padre, this condo is on one of the largest properties on the island. Just a few minute walk and you will be right on the beach! This property has plenty to keep everyone busy, two oversized swimming pools with hot tubs, tennis courts, walking trails, beautiful gardens and even a playground for the little ones!
Make sure to spend some time on the beach deck. It's that special spot between the property and the beach where you can check out the pool while enjoying the sound and view of the waves. It is also perfect to just sit and relax with a good book or to watch the sun rise.
If you don't feel like being out on the heat one day, stay in the condo and relax! Cuddle up in the leather sofas and stream on the internet, catch a good movie or game or simply relax watching your favorite cable programming. The living area is modern, cozy, and very spacious which make sit perfect for entertaining or to enjoy comfortably with your family. If you feel like you are starting to miss the sun a little, open the glass doors and walk out into the spacious balcony! It has a great view of the pool and you can also see the ocean and feel the breeze to unwind with a cold drink. It's the perfect spot!
We all know how close to the heart cooking can be, so the kitchen is modern and beautiful with granite counters and equipped with stainless steel appliances. It is also equipped with pots, pans and dishware so you don't have to worry. You won't even have to worry about doing dishes, leave them in the dishwasher and enjoy!
Master bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and a complete bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also equipped with two queen beds and a complete bathroom with a walk-in shower. Third bedroom has two twin beds and a complete bathroom with a tub. (perfect for the littles!) The condo also has a private washer and dryer so your clothes are always fresh!

HOUSE RULES:
• Maximum occupancy limit: 8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
• No smoking allowed
• Minimum age to rent is 21
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
• No pets allowed
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.
• We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
