If shagging is your thing or you want to learn, Fat Harold’s is right there offering lessons and competitions. Our on-site amenities include 2 outdoor pools and 2 hot tubs, one each oceanfront. There are also 2 lighted tennis courts, numerous BBQ grills and more. Enjoy a cup of coffee while catching the sunrise or glass of wine while taking in the view from our two ocean-view decks. This beautiful beachside unit is a place our family loves and we want to share it with others. Ours is a residential neighborhood and a family home. We hope you will treat our favorite place well. We appreciate our guests and offer our returnees priority when booking for peak seasons.
HOUSE RULES:
✪ When booking, please list who will be staying in the home (picture ID required for all adults). Please do not book if this is an issue for you.

✪ No pets, smoking or vaping in the home. If you need to smoke or vape, we encourage you to take a stroll off the premises.

✪ We have external security cameras for the protection of our guests and property.
✪ Any area marked PRIVATE is NOT for guest use. Do not tamper with the private closet locks or any of our equipment (Nest, WIFI). Doing so is cause for the cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund as well as cost your deposit.
For Extended/Monthly rentals only:
✓ We offer a flat monthly rate for winter/off-season rentals (October thru mid-March).
✓ Extended stays require a mid-stay clean to allow for needed servicing such as filter changes, battery and lightbulb replacements, etc...
